Look how adorable she looks. It took me nine years to finally get an acceptance from my parents to own a cat. I will never forget 10 August 2015. I was so nervous and everything kept going through my mind. Do I have everything?, will this be enough?… But the main question was still: will she like me?. Let me tell you how that journey went.

Here's one of my newest purchase from Essie. 'Need a vacation' is a beautiful soft pink colour which suits the pastel theme of this month. And the name of the nail polish comes in handy for my next travel update.

Hello again

Hey sweeties!  Firstly, I wish you all a happy new year (better late than never). I have done so many things for the last couple of months. I also decided to take a long break from my blog. I really needed it even though I didn't expect it to be for that long. But now I'm back and I have lots of things to tell you. 

Dinner and cocktails

Just when I thought my Friday would be calm. I am so glad that I could meet up with some friends for dinner and a drink. It was really needed because we haven't seen each other for months. 

Fashion haul

I'm glad I made some time to go shopping during the sales month and of course during my stay in London. It was just me, myself and that 50% of sale. I'm normally used to sales that starts with 10% and then goes up to 30%, 50%,70% and 75% but some stores already started with 50% en 70%. I also purchased clothes that weren't on sale. And I want you to know that all these clothes and accessories are not bought in one day.

My absence

So what exactly happened two weeks ago since Doneta didn't get to post a #ManicureMonday. While you were waiting for a new nail art as I promised, I found myself feeling at my worst in the emergency room. It supposed to be a normal Monday as me being an intern at the hospital, but things oddly changed that day.

My veggie week

I've let you all on social media know that the fasting has started last week. And I decided to participate.... Well, kind of. 

4 Shades of me

What a weekend I got last week. A girls night on Friday, Valentine's day with the girls on Saturday and then Carnival on Sunday. I don't even know how to call it. Valentine's weekend, Carnival weekend or birthday weekend..? Just like every year I celebrate my b'day twice. One time with family and one time with friends. I celebrate it with my bestie because we have the same friends and our birthdays are quite close to one another. But.... every year I celebrate it with friends, crazy things happen.
