Happy World Animal day!! It's been a long time since I've posted a Manicure Monday and I miss it very much. I may not have nail polish all the time because of my job in healthcare and I'm very glad you all understand that. But walking around without nail polish is really not my thing, so I'm happy to say that I'm going to continue with the Manicure Mondays.

Need a vacation

Here's one of my newest purchase from Essie. 'Need a vacation' is a beautiful soft pink colour which suits the pastel theme of this month. And the name of the nail polish comes in handy for my next travel update.

Hey sweeties. Today I went for darker colours because the weather looks so bad. The last few days we've had nothing but rain. It is like 28°C, but you will know that won't last long because of the dark clouds.

There are lots of people walking around without a coat, just like me. Unfortunately we also ran through the rain without a coat. So here I am

I was so happy when I received my dotting pens a couple of years ago.  My very first nail art was therefore a dotticure (manicure + dots).

Happy Easter Monday!

How did you spend your Easter weekend? My baby sister and I went Egg hunting of course. The best thing about living in a house with four floors is that you have lots of places to hide your chocolate eggs and I have made use of it. At the end of the day we spoiled our self by eating the chocolates and watched a Disney movie.

Happy Carnival!

How many of you actually celebrate Carnival? In Amsterdam there were a quite amount of people in costumes but not lots of them. Carnival is more popular in the south of the country so for others today was just a regular day.

Ah Valentine's day. The day when you decide to send that love letter. The day most couples are stressed out about because they feel forced to prepare the most beautiful and perfect day. Cards, chocolate, dinner... Anything to impress your crush/partner. Also the day I went to 50 Shades of Grey.
